Announcements for Sunday, July 23

MAKE PRAYER FOR OUR NEIGHBORHOOD WORK FOR YOU!

FAQ’s About Prayer Walking (or Not)
Do I have to grab people and pray for them right on the street? (No) How can I do a prayer walk if I can’t walk very far…or at all? (We can have a group just stand under the cherry tree or sit in the Sanctuary) Do I have to pray out loud? (Not unless you want to) I can’t make that 8:30am time! (What does work?)

Let’s talk about it! Bring your questions, restrictions, concerns and ideas to Lin Snavely and Janie Garris at the Welcome Center after worship service next Sunday and we’ll find common ground.

DOMINICAN REPUBLIC YOUTH MISSION TRIP TEAM

They come home today! Pray their transition back to their regular routines goes smoothly, that their experiences in the Dominican Republic resonate deeply, and that each member of the team is changed dramatically as God calls them to implement all they have learned. Join us next week at 10:40am to hear about their trip!

WEST SIDE’S LIBRARY NEEDS THEIR BOOKS BACK…

A major project (hours and hours) of computerizing all of our titles has been completed! The next step is to inventory the actual books against this list. If you have an overdue book (many go back 2-4 years or more) propping up a table leg or languishing on your bookshelf, please return it to the library within the next few weeks. We don’t care how long you have had it – total amnesty, no questions asked!

VEHICLES NEEDED FOR VISITING MISSIONARIES

Rick & Lorena Wood need a car August 1-9. If you can help please contact Ron Rice.
