Announcements for Sunday, Dec. 16

Year End Giving

Your gifts to support WSPC’s many amazing programs and ministries make a huge impact as we live out our mission to share hope in Jesus Christ. There are lots of ways to give – your regular giving envelopes mailed or dropped off, checks or cash, or using the “Christmas Giving” envelope in your tithe box. Note on the “Christmas Giving” envelopes: Those received as part of the Christmas Eve collection will be applied to specially approved Missions projects. Otherwise, the amount in the envelope will be used for our general funding guide. Gifts must be received or postmarked by December 31, 2018 to qualify for tax deduction.

IRA Charitable Giving to WSPC

If you are 70½ or older, you have the opportunity to make a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) from your IRA or Roth IRA to support ministry at WSPC. Distributions should be made directly to WSPC and will allow you to support ministry while also minimizing your taxes (regardless if you itemize or not) if received by December 31, 2018.

Christmas Eve Offering For Missions

The offering collected at our Christmas Eve services will fund specific mission projects. Specific project lists are available from the church office. Projects will be funded fully in this priority, as the total offerings allow.

Changed Your Phone Number, Email or Address?

Please let the office know as we are updating our records and will publish a new church directory the first week in January. Not sure what we have for you? Give us a call!
