Announcements for Sunday, Jan. 13

Sermon Series: First Impressions

Seeing Jesus for the first time again…Epiphany is the perfect season to discover Jesus through others’ encounters. Last week, Philip’s invitation to Nathaniel to “come and see” the messiah resulted in Nathaniel recognizing Jesus as more than the king of Israel they sought but truly the Son of God. Today we see Jesus through the eyes of Zacchaeus, the tax collector.

January 13 – “House: Jesus meets Zacchaeus” – Luke 19:1-10

January 20 – “Skin: A Samaritan Meets Jesus” – Luke 17: 11-19
