Announcements for Sunday, Feb. 10

Snow Update for Sunday

We will go to a Sunday snow schedule – worship only at 10:00am for those who can safely arrive.  If you don’t feel you can get to West Side safely for Sunday worship this week, please consider staying home.  We will try to load the sermon to our website after the service on Sunday.

ALL OTHER SUNDAY ACTIVITIES HAVE BEEN CANCELED. Please stay warm, stay safe and check in with your neighbors and West Side family.  Enjoy this special time set aside to enjoy the presence of our Lord and the incredible beauty of God’s creation.

Sermon Series: First Impressions

Seeing Jesus for the first time again…Jesus was the woman’s last hope to end her years of uncontrolled bleeding. By touching his robes, she was healed and came face to face with a Savior who stopped everything, risking personal cost, to attend to her
(Mark 5:21–34). He wants to be the one we talk to about the “slow bleeds” draining our lives (bad jobs, chronic illness, etc.) and to give us hope and restoration. Today, Jesus meets a man at the pool of Bethesda.

Next Sunday, February 17 – Jesus Meets the Canaanite Woman
Matthew 15:21–28
