At West Side there is a place for every person to serve.

There are dozens of ways you can get involved serving in and among the West Side family — from running a camera during one of our services, to welcoming people into the church, to helping lead our kids and youth. Our goal is to help you find and develop the unique gifts, passions, and abilities that God has gifted you with so you can use them to bless others.

Hospitality

Our team cultivates an environment where anyone who walks through our doors feels welcomed, seen, accepted and loved. There are many ways we do this: welcome team, greeters and ushers, bakers, and more.

Kids

Our kids team is passionate about helping share the spiritual lives of the next generation. We work with kids ages infant through 5th grade in a variety of roles from Sunday School to VBS and more.

Youth

Do you have a heart for teens? Our youth team ensures every student experiences the love of Jesus and belonging when they come to Middle and High School. We meet youth right where they’re at, pointing them to Jesus and supporting them. Plus, we have a lot of fun!

Worship

Our worship team is made up of musicians and vocalists. Together we lead and set the pace of worship in our Sunday services. Worship band, choir, orchestra

Building Care Team

Do you have a passion for landscaping, gardening or helping an outdoor space look beautiful? The building care team is the spot for you! Our building care team helps the grounds of West Side look and stay beautiful.

Production

We seek to provide an inspiring and distraction-free environment in our services through tech and digital media.

General Ministry Team

There are a variety of ad hoc service opportunities -- or maybe you have a way you'd love to serve that we haven't thought of!

Memorial Receptions

Help us provide comfort to families who’ve lost a loved one by serving alongside our deacons at receptions following memorial services.
