Session Update - May
Good news – the Session has completed the budget work for this year!
The Congregational Meeting called for June 11 is for the purpose of electing elders and deacons and receiving the budget presentation from the Session. The Congregational Nominating Committee has been diligently contacting members to serve as elders and deacons – thank you for your continued prayers!
Remember these key dates!
- Our budget year ends on June 30, 2023 and the new budget approved begins on July 1, 2023.
- Elders are responsible for approving the budget and then presenting that budget to the members at our spring Congregational Meeting on June 11 at 10:15am in Howell.
- Elders are available on two Sundays beforehand to talk through the budget in greater detail and answer any questions. These talking tables will be on May 21 and June 4.
