Hear about Musalaha's work to heal Israeli-Palestinian strife

Friends,

The death and destruction unleashed by the Gaza-Israel War deeply troubles many of us. Yet in the midst of the heartbreaking violence, Musalaha remains committed to healing the strife between Israelis and Palestinians.

Musalaha – an Arabic word for reconciliation – is a Jerusalem-based organization founded by Palestinian Christians more than 30 years ago. Its primary mission is to bring Israelis and Palestinians together in meaningful face-to–face encounters. These encounters – often via multi-day excursions into the desert – are designed to train and equip participants to turn a vision of reconciliation into a reality.

Please join us Saturday morning, April 27, at Bellevue Presbyterian Church to hear Musalaha Executive Director Daniel Munayer share about Musalaha's insightful reconciliation model and other focused peacebuilding programs. Daniel will also talk about the daily challenges of carrying out the Musalaha mission during the current conflict.

The conversation with Daniel starts at 9:30am in Room S-150.

Hope you can join us!
